Carpet Cleaning Franchise

When my youngest dog, Ollie, was just a wee pup, I swear I would have been ahead in life if I opened a carpet cleaning franchise. I adopted him when he was six months old, and it was abundantly clear that the little punster either had zero training in the housetraining department, or had zero consistency. He tricked me at first. His behavior the first few days led me to believe that he knew his stuff. Of course, I know now that when you have a new dog in the house, they are not going to act like themselves the first few days. A perfectly housebroken dog might have accidents everywhere. I hesitate to use the word “accident,” as they seem premeditated. A dog that had never been in a home before might have a bladder of steel. What I can never understand is how they can tell at a shelter if a dog is housebroken or not. The dog is clearly not in a comfortable environment. I would imagine a dog that had been in a home all their lives would freak out royally.

I used Nature’s Miracle for awhile, but after awhile it didn’t seem to do the job. The only thing that worked after the fact seemed to be one of those oxygen/peroxide products like Oxyclean. After, however, I would have a big light spot in the carpet. The rest of it would be filthy. I never knew this, but there is actually Oxifresh carpet cleaning services. The whole process is much safer for the environment and your pets. Regular carpet cleaning doesn’t typically harm pets, but it certainly puts a lot of chemicals into your plumbing system, and takes forever to dry. That was the biggest pain about doing a cleaning. The dogs couldn’t be anywhere in the house except for a back hall or in their crate on little spacers to keep them off the floor.
